We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern / Graduate Trainee to join our team.
The role provides practical exposure to day-to-day accounting and finance activities while developing the candidate's professional skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recording daily financial transactions.
Support preparation and filing of invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
Support tracking of customer payments, expenses and outstanding balances.
Assist with petty cash and expense documentation.
Prepare and update Excel-based financial records and reports.
Assist with maintaining accurate and organised accounting records.
Support month-end reporting and other finance-related activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the Accounts/Operations team.
RequirementsB.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduate or post-NYSC candidate.
0–1 year of experience; internship/industrial attachment experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Must be honest, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
