Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Account Officer to join our Finance & Accounts team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career accounting professional who is passionate about numbers, financial records, and building a career in accounting.
ResponsibilitiesRecord and maintain daily financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Assist with bank and cash reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with petty cash management and reconciliation.
Track company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Support inventory/stock reconciliation when required.
Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
Support internal and external audit processes
RequirementsHND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
SalaryN80,000 - N100,000 per month.
