Our client is seeking an Accounts & MIS Officer to provide accounting and financial reporting support, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reconciliations and financial controls in line with departmental objectives and targets.

Process local and foreign payments, invoices, cheques, and payment vouchers. Manage cash transactions, cash payments, and related records. Review bank statements, perform reconciliations, and clear operating accounts. Process LC, Form M, NXP/NESS, WHT, freight, travel, and other foreign payment transactions. Process vendor, contractor, transport, clearing, salary, and miscellaneous payments. Reconcile customer collections and unidentified bank receipts with relevant teams and banks. Maintain proper filing of payment documents and financial records. Prepare daily finance, stock, logistics, and operational reports. Ensure timely invoice processing, PO matching, and resolution of payment discrepancies.

Timely and accurate invoice/payment processing. Zero or minimal payment errors. Timely invoice-to-PO matching. Faster resolution of discrepancies. Effective utilisation of vendor discounts.

Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields 9 - 12 years' relevant experience. Professional accounting qualification is an added advantage. Advanced data analytics skills will be an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting processes. Strong communication, reporting, analytical, and teamwork skills.
