Job Title: Admin and Accounts Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
Oversee transactions, payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, budgeting, financial reporting and internal controls.
Supervis eoperations, documentation, asset management, inventory, logistics, and fleet tracking.
Monitor sales performance, promotional campaign ROI, and marketing expenses to support business growth.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial statements; analyze costs,track profitability and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and distributor policies,support sales forecasting, demand planning, and market penetration strategies.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools.
Experience in managing active distributor depot is a must have.
