Premium Human Resources Solution - Our client, a top Banking Institution, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Agent Field Officer (AFO)

Locations: Area 11, Area 8, Utako, Central Area and Wuse 2 - Abuja

Employment Type: Full-time

Department: Sales/Marketing (Agency Banking) Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform. Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected. Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps and savings plans. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / HND / BSc Degree with a minimum of 1 year sales / marketing experience is required. Age: Not more than 35 years.

Salary and Benefits

N115,000 - N130,000 / Month. Robust Commission HMO Pension 13th Month Allowance and other benefits.
