Job Description
The Alpha Regional Coordinator will lead the growth and impact of Alpha across Calabar by building and strengthening relationships with churches, ministry leaders, and community organizations.
The role is responsible for promoting and coordinating Alpha Courses, supporting partner organizations, developing volunteers, organizing training and outreach activities, and ensuring effective programme delivery.
The successful candidate will be a proactive relationship-builder with a passion for community transformation, stakeholder engagement, and equipping others to create lasting impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, and community organizations.
Promote, coordinate, and support the delivery of Alpha Courses and related initiatives.
Organize training sessions, workshops, outreach programmes, and volunteer engagement activities.
Provide guidance and ongoing support to partner organizations implementing Alpha.
Monitor programme performance, track key metrics, and prepare periodic reports.
Identify opportunities for regional growth and increased programme participation.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and strengthen relationships with key partners.
Represent the organization at meetings, events, and networking opportunities as required.
Ideal Candidate
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
Experience in programme coordination, community engagement, or ministry leadership.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets.
