Job Summary
Neo Homes Limited is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, and supporting the successful execution of our real estate development projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and architectural visualizations.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and recommend solutions to design and construction challenges.
Support cost-effective design decisions and timely project delivery.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
3–7years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, or real estate development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or other relevant design software.
Strong technical drawing, design, and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of building regulations and construction practices.
Professional registration with ARCON will be an added advantage, where applicable.
