Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Jos, Plateau
Key Responsibilites
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance.
Manage sales activities and coverage across the assigned territory.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Ensure effective implementation of sales promotions and company initiatives.
Track team performance and provide regular sales reports and insights.
Identify new business opportunities and drive territory expansion.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and sales procedures.
