Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market growth for our lubricant products across Ibadan and surrounding markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
Drive product visibility, promotions, and brand awareness.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
Ensure effective territory coverage and achievement of sales targets.
RequirementsB.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or FMCG.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Strong distributor/dealer and territory management skills.
Good knowledge of the Ibadan/Oyo market is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
