Description
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical area by developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
This role involves implementing sales strategies, promoting infusion products, and achieving revenue targets to expand the company's market share.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospital procurement teams, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the region.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for staff.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to medical and infusion products.
