Job Title: Assistant Activation Manager
Location: Lagos

Primary Job Responsibilities [In Summary]
Execute approved brand activations across multiple locations to create consumer experience for the organisation.
Ensure execution of activations to drive trial and retrial of new product launches.
Work with the activation agencies and vendors from briefing stage to final campaign delivery to deliver approved brand campaigns.
Brief Procurement and Finance teams on planned projects and follow-up to ensure POs are raised on time and in full for planned activations.
Support management of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend across all budget line items.
Track and report activation metrics and KPIs (consumer reach, sales uplift, and conversion rates).
Provide post-campaign evaluation reports to identify activation successes and execution gaps.
Major Requirements
Degree/ HND in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
MSc/MBA or relevant Professional certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of four years’ relevant experience preferably in the FMCG (bottling) industry.
Agency management, strategic thinking and project & people management.
SalaryN20,000,000 - N30,000,000 gross annually.
