Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager (QA / QC)
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the quality of maintenance and facility works.
Conduct routine inspections and identify defects, non-conformities safety concerns.
Ensure contractors comply with approved specifications, sops and SLAs.
Verify completed jobs before closure and acceptance.
Verify and monitor preventive maintenance activities work-order
Qualifications & Experience
B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Building Technology, Facilities Management Or related fields.
5 years' relevant experience in facilities, QA/OC, engineering or building management.
Good knowledge of quality standards, HSE, maintenance and contractor management.
Strong inspection, reporting and problem-solving skills.
