Key Responsibilities:


Lead the financial management of all donor-funded and institutional projects.
Develop project budgets in alignment with programmatic goals and donor requirements.
Monitor project expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for donors, management, and other stakeholders.
Liaise and negotiate with existing and potential donors on financial requirements and reporting formats.
Support project teams with financial planning, analysis, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, organizational financial policies, and statutory regulations.
Oversee internal control process, project financial audits, and provide documentation as required at all levels.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of donor financial regulations and grant management practices.
Provide financial training and capacity-building support to project staff.
