Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive/Mechanical Engineering Professional to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in both automotive manufacturing/vehicle assembly and vehicle servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics.
This is a technical role requiring practical industry experience and the ability to work independently.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
Proven hands-on experience in both automotive manufacturing/vehicle assembly and vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Strong practical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and manufacturing processes.
Experience in vehicle assembly, commissioning, inspection, quality control, or production operations.
Experience with automotive electrical and electronic systems is an added advantage.
Experience working with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is highly desirable.
EV/Hybrid vehicle experience is an added advantage.
Experience in warranty diagnosis, technical reporting, job cards, and service documentation is an advantage.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Must be available to resume immediately.
Candidates preferably resident in Lagos.
Important:We are looking for a senior, highly practical technician—not an entry-level mechanic or graduate trainee.
Candidates must have practical experience in BOTH automotive manufacturing/vehicle assembly AND vehicle servicing/maintenance/repairs.
