Palmtree bakery & eatery services is looking for a skilled and creative Baker to produce high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked products. The ideal candidate must be passionate about baking, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and consistently deliver products that meet the resort's quality expectations.

Prepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked products. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to approved recipes. Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve the best results. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of baking ingredients. Minimize waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients using FIFO. Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations. Develop new recipes and improve existing products where necessary. Perform other duties assigned by management.

Minimum of SSCE; a professional baking certification is an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Baker in a bakery, or restaurant. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and bakery equipment. Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet production schedules. Must be reliable, disciplined, and a team player.
