Job Title: Bakery Assistant
Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 14 days per month, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Bakery Assistant who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
The Bakery Assistant will support daily baking, packaging, customer service, inventory, and general bakery operations.
The successful candidate will help maintain Cinnamona's standards of quality, cleanliness, order, and presentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily baking preparation, packing, and simple food preparation tasks.
Set up and close the bakery for daily operations.
Package and label baked products accurately and neatly.
Support customer service and order taking when required.
Receive supplies, run bakery errands, and assist with inventory tracking.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Support the Baker or Supervisor with other daily operational tasks.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification
1–2 years of experience in a bakery or food-handling environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic numeracy and measurement skills.
Willingness to learn baking processes and follow instructions.
Basic customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and good personal hygiene.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to commute reliably to Asokoro, Abuja.
