Job Title: Banking Software Implementation & Support Intern
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Role
We're offering 2 internship positions for candidates interested in banking software implementation and client support.
You'll work alongside our experienced Implementation & Support Officer, learning how core banking systems are configured, deployed, and supported at real financial institution clients
This is hands-on exposure to fintech/banking software — not a back-office or purely administrative internship.
What you'll do
Assist with client onboarding: data entry, configuration checks, testing
Support ticket triage and first-line troubleshooting under supervision
Help prepare training materials and documentation for client staff
Sit in on client implementation sessions to learn the full deployment lifecycle
Assist with QA/testing of new features before client rollout.
Who we're looking for
Recent graduate (BSc/HND) — Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred
Some knowledge of accounting principles (double-entry, GL, reconciliation) is a strong plus — you don't need to be a coder to succeed in this role
Interest in banking/fintech software; prior coding experience is a bonus but not required
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients
Detail-oriented, reliable, eager to learn
Based in Lagos or able to work on-site.
