Job Title: Bartender / Mixologist

Job Summary
The Mixologist is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
The role involves creating high-quality cocktails, maintaining bar standards, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting a welcoming and professional bar environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Create innovative cocktails and beverage menus when required.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations.
Handle POS transactions and customer billing accurately.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Customer satisfaction.
Quality and consistency of drinks.
Speed and efficiency of service.
Cleanliness of bar area.
Compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE / High School Diploma.
Certification in Bartending or Mixology is an added advantage.
1–3 years relevant work experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:Ability to stand for long periods.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift supplies when necessary.
