Job Summary
Assist inidentifying tender opportunities, preparing and coordinating bid submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and managing tender documentation to support the company's business development and contract acquisition objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and monitor relevant tender opportunities and prequalification notices.
Review tender documents and prepare submission checklists with Bids and Tender Specialist..
Assist in preparation of technical, commercial, and administrative bid documents.
Liaise with relevant departments to obtain required information and approvals.
Ensure tender submissions are accurate, complete, compliant, and submitted before deadlines.
Manage vendor registration and prequalification processes.
Maintain an organized database of tender documents, submissions, and outcomes.
Prepare periodic reports on tender activities and bid performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in tendering, proposal preparation, or business development.
Experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
