Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional who will be responsible for managing patient billing processes, HMO claims, and revenue collection activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process patient bills accurately and promptly.
Manage HMO billing and claims documentation.
Reconcile payments and patient accounts.
Follow up on outstanding bills and claims.
Maintain accurate billing records and reports.
Attend to billing-related inquiries from patients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with hospital billing procedures and financial policies.
RequirementsHND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in billing, accounts, collections, or healthcare administration.
Knowledge of HMO operations and claims management is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and integrity.
