Are you an experienced insurance professional with a strong track record in business development, branch growth, and team leadership? Our client, a leading Insurance Company in Nigeria, is seeking high-performing Branch Managers to drive business expansion, achieve revenue targets, and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business and grow existing accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and business development. Lead branch operations and consistently achieve annual business targets (₦250M). Drive customer acquisition, retention, and exceptional service delivery. Mentor and manage branch teams to deliver outstanding performance. Identify market opportunities and execute growth initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Master's degree and/or professional certification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role. Proven success in developing and implementing business growth strategies. Strong understanding of insurance marketing principles, trends, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.  Strong commercial awareness with a customer-centric mindset.
