Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through various channels.
Present and sell company products and services to potential and existing customers.
Build and maintain positive, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales support.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND with 1 year work experience.
Must reside around Agbara/Lusada
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate or similar industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
