We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Builder

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day construction activities on project sites.
Ensure building projects are completed to design specifications and safety standards.
Supervise artisans, subcontractors, and site workers.
Interpret building plans, blueprints, and drawings accurately.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for smooth execution.
Monitor material usage and ensure quality workmanship.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Building Technology or Construction Management.
Professional certification from a recognized body (e.g., NIOB, CORBON).
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction supervision experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
