Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic client relationships and secure contracts for the company's engineering, procurement and technical services.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas and engineering sectors.
Promote the company's engineering, procurement, construction and technical services to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with oil and gas operators, contractors and industry stakeholders.
Identify project opportunities and source relevant tenders and contracts.
Prepare business proposals, tender submissions and commercial presentations.
Negotiate contracts and establish strategic business partnerships.
Identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
Monitor industry developments and upcoming projects to support business growth.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in oil and gas, engineering or technical services.
Proven experience in client acquisition, tendering and contract negotiation.
Understanding of engineering projects, procurement and technical service delivery.
Strong communication, networking, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
