Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to serve as the bridge between executive leadership and frontline staff.
You will drive operational excellence, manage day-to-day activities, and work closely with the MD to ensure all arms of the business function smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the key liaison between the MD and all departments
Lead daily operations and ensure seamless execution of activities
Manage vendor and partner relationships
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and follow-through
Track performance metrics and generate regular reports
Enforce SOPs and recommend process improvements
Coordinate logistics for field/site visits, campaigns, and internal events
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (a Master’s is a plus)
5 – 7 years of proven experience in operations, project management, or general business administration
Excellent leadership, planning, and multitasking skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail and hands-on approach to problem-solving
Must be willing to relocate to Abuja (accommodation provided).
