Summary
We are looking for experienced Customer service personnel with Technical support.
ResponsibilitiesAct as Goto Person between customers and the company regarding After Sales Service (Sales and Technical).

Develop and sustain customer loyalty.
Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
Follow up on customers' inquiries and issue resolution.
Follow up and improve onboarding process on customer projects.
Manage our Customer Support Channels.
must be staying close the office less than 15km
Qualification, Skills & Experience
B.Sc / HND in any discipline from a recognized institution
At least 2 years experience in Travel agency
Must have experience in flight booking
Must be experienced Sales and customer management
Must be an expert in IT especially excel
Must be able to deal with multinational organizations
Must be able to draft proposals for multinational organizations
Must Reside in Lagos.
SalaryN1,800,000 - N3,000,000 per month.
