We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing an assigned kitchen section, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
Manage and maintain an assigned section of the kitchen
Ensure food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Monitor ingredients, minimise waste, and communicate stock requirements
Support the Head Chef and kitchen team during daily operations
RequirementsCulinary qualification or relevant professional training
2-3 years relevant experience in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
