Job Title: Chef

Location: Port Harcourt, GRA, Rivers

Job Summary

We are seeking to employ a professional Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, creativity, and consistency.

Responsibilities

Plan and prepare a wide variety of meals and menus.
Ensure proper presentation and portioning of all dishes.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and compliance with food safety standards.
Monitor inventory, manage kitchen supplies, and minimize wastage.
Supervise and train kitchen staff when required.
Incorporate creativity and innovation into recipes and food presentation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable organization.
Strong knowledge of various cuisines and modern cooking techniques.
Ability to manage time, pressure, and multitasking effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
A relevant culinary certification is an added advantage.
