Job Overview

Our establishment is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled Chef to craft delectable local and international cuisines for our clientele. You will be responsible for menu planning, ensuring each dish is nutritious and cost-effective, and collaborating with kitchen staff to deliver food that meets the highest quality standards.

Key Duties

Guarantee that all food is of exceptional quality and served promptly.
Design the menu, considering budget constraints and availability of seasonal ingredients. Supervise all kitchen operations.
Coordinate kitchen staff and provide assistance as needed.
Instruct staff on the preparation and cooking of all menu items.
Monitor inventory of ingredients and equipment, and place orders to replenish stock.
Implement and maintain safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Develop innovative recipes.

Required Qualifications / Preferred Skills

Culinary School graduate, Diploma in Catering Technology
Proven track record working as a chef.
Comprehensive knowledge of international culinary arts.
Meticulous attention to sanitation and quality control.
Collection of creative, unique dishes.
Exceptional multitasking abilities.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in inventory management and reordering processes.
Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
Enthusiasm and pride in delighting people with food.
