Job Summary
TAAS Group of Schools, Ibadan is seeking a qualified, experienced, and passionate Chemistry / Intermediate (Basic) Science Teacher to join our academic team.
RequirementsPossess a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc. / B.Ed.) in Chemistry, Integrated Science, Science Education, or a related field with 4 – 7 years teaching experience in a reputable secondary school.
Strong knowledge of Chemistry and Basic Science curricula.
Ability to prepare students for internal and external examinations.
Excellent classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
Proficiency in the use of ICT and modern teaching aids.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
TRCN certification will be an added advantage.
Must be passionate about student development and academic excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Chemistry and Intermediate (Basic) Science effectively.
Prepare lesson notes, schemes of work, and assessment materials.
Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress.
Maintain accurate academic records and reports.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
Support the school's vision, mission, and values.
SalaryCompetitive and commensurate with qualification and experience (N70,000 - N100,000 monthly).
