Chief Security Officer

Position: Ogere, Ogun State

Compensation: N300,000-N400,000

Job Overview:

We are in search of an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO), ideally with a military background, to oversee and manage our organization's security operations. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of security experience, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and be capable of developing and implementing security policies to protect company assets, personnel, and operations.

Primary Duties:

Formulate, execute, and oversee security strategies, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and supervise all security operations to ensure the safety of employees, clients, and company assets.
Perform risk assessments and suggest preventive security measures.
Manage and train security personnel, ensuring high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Oversee security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
Examine security breaches, incidents, and threats, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, emergency response teams, and other relevant authorities when necessary.
Ensure adherence to all security regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, access logs, and incident reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in security management (former military or police personnel preferred).
Exceptional leadership and crisis management abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
Experience in leading a team of security personnel.
Proficiency in operating security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
