Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and well-organised Class Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and support the academic and personal development of our pupils.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons across subjects in line with the school curriculum
Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment
Monitor pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
Keep accurate records of attendance, performance, and behaviour
Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
Communicate effectively with parents on pupil progress and concerns
Provide pastoral care and serve as a positive role model
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events
Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating classroom environment
Engage in continuous professional development.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
Relevant teaching qualification (PGDE/NCE and TRCN is required)
Experience in a similar role within a reputable school
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
