Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Broiler Farm Operations to provide end-to-end leadership for high-volume broiler farming across multiple locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and optimize commercial broiler operations (400,000+ birds per cycle).
Drive performance across livability, FCR, cost efficiency, and biosecurity compliance.
Oversee production cycles, SOP implementation, and data-driven performance improvement.
Manage and develop farm managers and technical teams.
Collaborate with veterinary, nutrition, processing, and supply chain teams.
Report operational performance to executive management.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or related field (postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial poultry operations.
At least 5 years in a senior farm leadership role.
Proven experience managing 400,000+ broilers per cycle.
Strong knowledge of open-sided broiler farms and night operations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and execution skills.
Willingness to travel across farm locations.
