We are seeking a talented and innovative Content Creator / Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia content that strengthens our brands, drives audience engagement, and supports our marketing objectives across multiple business units.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging graphic designs for digital and print media.
Create compelling social media content including images, videos, reels, and animations.
Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Capture and edit photographs and videos for marketing and brand communication.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop creative campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Stay current with emerging design trends, digital marketing tools, and social media best practices.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design software.
Strong video editing and motion graphics skills will be an added advantage.
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple platforms.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
