Creative Designer Role

Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Creative Designer / 3D Animator to join our growing design team. This role requires a versatile designer with a strong background in 3D animation, Graphics Design, Video Editing, Illustration and motion design, capable of producing high-quality visual content for digital platforms, campaigns, and in-house productions.


Key Responsibilities


Create original, visually compelling 3D animations and motion graphics for diverse projects
Design engaging multimedia content including illustrations, videos, layouts, and logos
Collaborate with media, development, and marketing teams to develop creative concepts
Develop storyboards, mood boards, and prototypes for internal and client-facing presentations
Ensure all visuals and animations align with Veegil’s brand identity and communication goals
Handle audio and video production and post-production editing
Support content development for social media, web platforms, advertising, and presentations
Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and emerging animation tools
Take part in feedback sessions and iterate designs based on team and stakeholder input
Operate cameras and assist with studio or field shoots when required


Requirements and Skills


Proven experience in 3D animation, Video Edting, Graphics Design, and Illustration.
Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity
Proficiency in tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
Solid understanding of video editing, compositing, and visual storytelling
Knowledge of audio editing and camera operations
Excellent eye for visual details, timing, and aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and presentation skills
A degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage


Preferred:


Experience working in a media or tech-focused environment
Ability to script and storyboard animations from scratch
Experience with VFX, rigging, and motion capture is a plus
