 Job Title: Credit Control Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Primary Job Responsibilities [In Summary]

Develop and implement credit policies and guidelines to ensure sound credit control practices and compliance with industry standards. Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers, clients and partners, making recommendations for credit limits and terms. Monitor and manage outstanding debts and overdue accounts, including establishing and maintaining contact with debtors to facilitate timely payment. Develop and implement collection strategies to recover outstanding debts and minimize bad debts, including negotiation and settlement arrangements. Generate reports on the credit and collection status, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure that all relevant documentation is maintained. Ensure that credit control processes are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Major Requirements

B.Sc./ HND in Marketing, Sales or other relevant discipline. MSc/MBA or relevant Professional certification such as ACA, CFA is an added advantage. Minimum of four years’ relevant experience preferably in the FMCG industry. Credit policy development and credit control and management.

N20,000,000 - N30,000,000 gross annually. Application Closing Date
