Job Summary
We are seeking a polite and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to manage customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Support sales and order processing where required
Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience at all times.
RequirementsMinimum of an SSCE or ND qualification
0 - 1 year experience in a customer service role (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good listening and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable and customer-oriented.
