Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Customer Care Representative.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns.
Assist in managing customer databases and updating customer information.
Support customer satisfaction initiatives and service improvement efforts.
Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer complaints.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Must be a resident in Ikeja or nearby areas for easy commute.
SalaryN50,000 / month.
