Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Relationship Management Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage client databased, relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Develop strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Prepare reports on customer feedback.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years experience in customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficiency Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
