Job Summary
Ego’s Kitchen is looking for a polite, customer-focused, and responsible Customer Service Officer to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to customer enquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
Receive and process customer orders accurately.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the kitchen and dispatch teams to ensure timely order delivery.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat patronage.
Maintain proper records of orders, feedback, and complaints.
RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
A polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Applicants must be able to work in Surulere, Lagos.
SalaryN80,000 monthly.
