Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Customer Service Representative to assist clients with inquiries about properties and company services, maintain accurate customer records, handle complaints professionally, and deliver excellent customer support.
Job DescriptionWelcome and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
Respond to customer inquiries about properties, pricing, and company services.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the company’s database.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professionally presented.
RequirementsND, HND, B.Sc., or B.A. in any relevant discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Front Desk, or Hospitality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
SalaryN100,000 - N120,000 per month.
