We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and provide excellent customer support.

Attend to customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints. Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services. Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers. Follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely resolution. Keep proper records of customer interactions and feedback. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Must be courteous, patient, and customer-oriented. Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
