We are seeking a smart, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Data, Traceability & Administrative Operations Officerto anchor our seed operations, inventory integrity, and administrative systems. This position sits at the critical intersection of quality management, data science, and agricultural logistics. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our farm-to-fork tracking, inventory serialization, statistical operational auditing, and cross-departmental documentation. Seed Inventory, Traceability & Quality Control:

Traceability Records:Manage and maintain end-to-end seed inventory and digital traceability records from production source to distribution. Batching & Lot Creation:Design and execute systematic numbering protocols for all incoming raw and processed seed stock based on harvest date, farm origin, and variety. Packaging & Labeling Coordination:Support and oversee packaging lines, ensuring the accurate generation and application of barcodes, QR codes, and compliance labels. Quality Control Operations:Track and monitor product quality metrics (e.g., moisture content, germination rates, size distribution) to ensure absolute accuracy and operational discipline. Segregation Control:Implement strict controls to ensure different seed varieties or treatment grades are physically and digitally segregated to prevent cross-contamination.

Database Maintenance:Maintain, clean, and update core operational databases and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tracking tools. Yield & Loss Variance Analysis:Perform statistical analysis on seed inventory inputs against packaging outputs to identify, calculate, and report on shrinkage, waste, and processing efficiency. Dashboard & KPI Management:Translate complex agricultural and warehouse datasets into clear, actionable weekly and monthly operational reports for management.

Logistics, Administration & Corporate Services Support:

Logistics Coordination:Coordinate outbound/inbound logistics, ensuring flawless accuracy in transit documentation and delivery verification processes. Corporate Services Alignment:Assist the Corporate Services department with inter-departmental operational documentation, asset tracking, and inventory coordination. Internal Administration:Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring total accountability and alignment across the company's administrative pipelines.

Job Requirements BrowseCareers

Education: B.Sc. / HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Management, or related quantitative fields. Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in data tracking, inventory management, or operational coordination. (Strong, mathematically sound fresh graduates with proof of capability may be considered). Technical Proficiency: Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets(advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleansing, and charts). Familiarity with inventory tracking software, Power BI, or statistical tools is a distinct advantage. Core Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and an analytical mindset capable of spotting data anomalies quickly.
