We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and customer-focused Delivery Agent to ensure products, documents, and packages are delivered safely and promptly to customers and designated locations.

Pick up and deliver products, documents, and packages to customers. Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and within the agreed timeframe. Confirm customer details and delivery addresses before dispatch. Handle delivered items carefully to prevent damage or loss. Collect payments or signed delivery confirmations where required. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections. Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and locations. Report failed, delayed, or unsuccessful deliveries promptly. Follow company delivery procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain good customer service and professional conduct. Keep the assigned delivery equipment/vehicle clean and in good condition. Submit daily delivery and expense reports where required.

Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in delivery, logistics, dispatch, or customer service is an advantage. Must be familiar with the assigned area and surrounding locations. Valid driver's licence where driving is required. Ability to use Google Maps or other navigation applications. Good knowledge of basic record keeping. Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines. Must be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable. Physical ability to handle packages safely. Availability to work flexible hours when required.
