Coordinate with employees and department leads to source authentic culture moments and stories, obtaining necessary approvals and consents, to ensure content is genuine, representative, and compliant with company guidelines. Track engagement and sentiment on culture content across digital platforms, using insights to refine future storytelling, to demonstrate the contribution of culture content to employer brand perception and talent attraction.
