Summary
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and hands-on Digital Marketing Associate to build the company's digital presence, increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, social media marketing, audience engagement, lead generation, and basic marketing analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing activities aligned with the company's business objectives.
Research target audiences, market trends, and business-owner needs to guide content creation.
Create and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, email, and other relevant platforms.
Create and repurpose educational, promotional, and lead-generation content.
Produce short-form videos, graphics, carousels, written posts, newsletters, and other digital content.
Engage with the target audience through comments, direct messages, communities, and other digital channels.
Identify potential leads and ensure qualified leads are properly captured and transferred to the Business Development team.
Support lead-generation campaigns, webinars, educational events, and other marketing initiatives.
Manage email and newsletter communications.
Monitor social media, website, and campaign performance and use insights to improve results.
Ensure the company's digital presence remains professional, consistent, and credible.
Requirements1–2 years' experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Strong content creation, storytelling, and communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content.
Experience creating visual and short-form video content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
Understanding of organic digital marketing, audience growth, content distribution, lead generation, and email marketing.
Ability to research audiences, trends, competitors, and potential prospects online.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking.
Creative, proactive, and willing to test new ideas.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with CRM and digital marketing tools; Zoho experience is an advantage.
Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth.
SalaryN100,000 per month.
