We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketer
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
Manage and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).
Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, captions, stories) that promotes our services and brand.
Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) and optimize for lead generation and ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions, ROI).
Manage the company website and improve SEO to drive organic traffic.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to generate and nurture leads.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Support offline marketing activities, events, and brand partnerships.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proven experience running ad campaigns and generating leads online.
Proficiency in social media platforms, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
Creative, analytical, and results-driven.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is an added advantage.
