Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising Ascend Business School’s online presence.
The successful candidate will manage multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, engaging prospective students and driving enrolment growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing.
Create engaging content including blogs, videos, infographics and student success stories.
Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X/Twitter.
Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, CPC and ROI using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
Design automated email campaigns to nurture prospects from enquiry to application.
Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Strong copywriting skills and visual design awareness, including Canva or Adobe tools.
Ability to analyse data and turn insights into practical marketing actions.
