Job Summary
The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying prospects, generating quality leads, and converting them into customers.
The ideal candidate is a naturally gifted salesperson with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and representing the client professionally.
RequirementsDrive customer acquisition and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Generate quality leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Promote products/services while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer documentation.
Comply with all company policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate a proven track record as a high-performing salesperson.
Be sales-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Maintain a smart, neat, and professional appearance.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum of HND/Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset
Willingness to work in the field daily and travel within the assigned branch location
Must reside within or be willing to work within the branch location applied for.
SalaryN199,000 Net monthly (Plus Additional Benefits, including HMO).
