We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Director, Legal Department

Location: Jalingo, Taraba

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice to the organization. Draft, review, and interpret contracts, agreements, letters, and other legal documents. Represent the organization in legal and regulatory matters where applicable. Monitor compliance with relevant Nigerian laws and regulations. Protect the organization's legal interests and provide risk-management advice.

Must possess an LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) degree from a recognized University. Must have strong knowledge of Nigerian laws and legal procedures. Excellent communication, analytical, research, and negotiation skills. Ability to represent and advise the organization on legal matters. Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Call to the Nigerian Bar / membership of the Nigerian Bar Association is an added advantage. Relevant legal work experience will be an advantage.
